1970’s
In the Beginning...
Network Courier Services launches into business in 1971, as the first company to provide rapid flight courier services as well as ground transportation for the entertainment industry.
1980’s
An Entertainment Industry Expert
Midnight Express (MNX) was founded in 1983 in Los Angeles and immediately gains steam providing expedited services to the Music, Movie and Fashion Industries. Rapid success warrants a London based European branch of services to open in 1986.
1990’s
Service Expansion
Midnite Express expanded into time-critical Airplane on Ground (AOG) and spare parts recovery for airline companies. At the same time, logistics services extended throughout Asia and Australia.
2000’s
Rebranding
The MNX Global Logistics brand was born from the original Midnite Express. MNX forged a strong path into the Life Sciences world by providing organ procurement, blood banking services and work with international biopharmaceutical industries.
2010’s
Global Reach
MNX expanded its hubs all over Asia, Europe and Australia. MNX also acquired multiple new companies including AirNet, Logical Freight Solutions (LFS), NGL, and Global First Delivery Systems.
Notably, Audax Private Equity acquired ownership of MNX.
