Paul J. Martins
President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul Martins has been in the transportation industry for the past 29 years and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at MNX Global Logistics. Paul’s career spans 16 years with UPS, holding several senior level positions including Director of UPS Air Cargo and Director of UPS Airlines. In 2003 Paul joined Mercury Air Cargo as President and COO overseeing their worldwide handling and logistics companies as well as their subsidiary airline sales company, Hermes Aviation. He left Mercury in 2008 to join Towne Air Freight where he served as Senior Vice President as well as President for their subsidiary company, Towne Network Solutions. During his tenure with Towne, Paul helped oversee the growth of this regional trucking company into one of the largest nationwide providers of logistics and air freight trucking services.

Paul served as a Senior Advisor to the Washington, DC based Logistics Capital and Strategy consulting firm and is a featured speaker at many industry association conferences. He is a former board member of the International Air Cargo Association and former Vice Chairman for the board of directors of the Kentucky Special Olympics. Paul is a graduate of the New England Conservatory in Boston and the Executive Leadership Programs at Bellarmine University in Louisville and Emory in Atlanta.

Matt Ackerman
Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Ackerman has built a career spanning 25+ years leading global finance teams across multiple industries and businesses prior to joining the MNX team as CFO in March 2019. Just before MNX, Matthew served as CFO of Optimas OE Solutions, leading the finance team at one of the world’s largest distributors of engineered fasteners and fittings to global OEM manufacturers with sales of $900M across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Before joining Optimas, Matthew served as Senior Director of Finance from ‘07 to ‘15 and led the financial planning and analysis, commercial, and operations finance teams at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Matthew also enjoyed a 13 year career with expanding financial leadership responsibilities at General Electric, serving in controllership, audit, and FP&A roles in numerous global GE divisions including GE Appliances, GE Corporate, NBC-Universal, and GE Capital. Matthew began his career with General Electric after earning his Accounting degree from The University of Wisconsin in 1994.

Thomas Belmont
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Belmont entered the express transportation industry in 1983. In the course of his thirty year career, Tom has conducted business in over fifty countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for MNX Global Logistics.

Tom is responsible for all worldwide operations, quality and process improvement at MNX. He is credited with the development and maintenance of a network of service partners, airlines and vendors throughout the world. In addition, Tom led the development of the Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System at MNX.

With his intimate knowledge of the industry, Tom serves on the board of directors of the Expedited Logistics Association. He has a B.S. from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY as well as post-graduate course work in Quantitative Analysis.

Ranjit Thacker
Chief Information Officer

Ranjit Thaker has served in the transportation and logistics industry for over 20 years in an executive role and is currently Chief Information Officer at MNX Global Logistics. Prior to joining MNX, Ranjit served as CIO for Network Global Logistics, a leading expedited time critical specialty logistics company that MNX acquired in Dec 2018.

Ranjit specializes in building leading edge technology platforms for mission critical systems that provide a competitive advantage for the organization. He is responsible for every aspect of information systems and technology within the organization, focusing on strategic planning, technology implementation, security and compliance, business intelligence, capital and operating budgets, staffing, and communication.

Ranjit holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Systems Management from the Creighton University, as well as a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic in Ahmedabad, India. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Nathan Gesse
Executive Vice President, Operations (Americas and EMEA)

Nate joins MNX with more than 12 years of senior management experience in logistics and is a proven leader managing teams in planning, implementation, launch of leading edge processes and solutions, variable cost model logistics and operations reengineering.

Prior to joining MNX, Nate served as Vice President of Operations for the Northeast region for Forward Air Corporation, and Vice President for Operations at Towne Air Freight, where he helped grow revenue by $30 Million over three years while simultaneously directing logistics planning, sourcing, IT and route optimization. Nate is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and post-graduate at the University of Maryland.

Paul Gettings
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing,
President, Service Parts Logistics

Paul Gettings has served in the time critical transportation and logistics industry for 30 years and is currently Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and President of the Service Parts Logistics Division at MNX Global Logistics. Prior to joining MNX, Paul served as President for Network Global Logistics' Express Division, a leading expedited time critical specialty logistics company that MNX acquired in Dec 2018.

Paul specializes in building and leading revenue growth teams in the mission critical logistics space on a global basis. He is responsible for sales and marketing strategy and execution across the MNX Americas organization and globally for the Service Parts Logistics Division. Paul started his career with SonicAir and spent 20 years in senior leadership positions there and with UPS Supply Chain Solutions.

Paul holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, as well as having studied in semester programs at Harvard University and the Universidad del Noroeste in Sonora, Mexico. He has been a recognized speaker at industry forums, an AFSMI Management Creativity Award Winner and 2015 Supply Chain Pro to Know.

Larry Glasscock
Senior Vice President – Global Accounts

Larry Glasscock Joined MNX Global Logistics in January 2010 and is Senior Vice President – Global Accounts. His responsibilities include development of alliance and partnership strategies as well as customer-facing technology and engineering of innovative customer solutions. He has more than twenty five years of experience leading companies through periods of rapid growth and change, serving as CEO and/or President of companies in transportation, telecommunications and data management, gaming, and logistics software.

Larry is a former member of the Expedited Logistics Association, and has also worked closely with the Air and Expedited Motor Carriers and Messenger Courier Association.

Gina Justice
Global HR Director

Gina Justice joined MNX Global Logistics in May 2009 and has been leading the Human Resources department as the Global Director for five years. Gina professionally approaches all aspects of HR with the ability to balance the goals of the Company with employee needs as well as deliver quality processes and procedures designed to ensure state, federal and country-specific compliance. Her prior work experience at MNX includes one year as the Company’s Chief of Staff and two years as a Customer Advocate.

Prior to joining MNX Global Logistics, she held various Operational roles that included account management and annual film market responsibilities. Gina is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Hawaii with a degree in Psychology and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Paul Hickey
Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Paul is the founding member of Logical Freight Solutions, formed in 1994. Soon after the inception of Logical Freight Solutions Australia, Paul joined forces to open our New Zealand office and instigated the collaboration of businesses that resulted in Logical Freight Solutions offices throughout USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

In 2017, Paul, along with his LFS Board of Directors concluded that the best way to progress LFS to a world leader in logistics solutions to the Life Science industry was to be acquired by another business with equal values around customer satisfaction and staff development. This led to the acquisition of LFS by MNX Global Logistics.

Paul will continue to grow and develop the business through his current role of Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts which allows him to focus on a more global level whilst still maintaining close contact relationships with the majority of our corporate customer base.

Steve Cheetham
Region Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing & Key Accounts ASPAC

Steve began his career with Logical Freight Solutions in 1997 when he opened the Sydney branch.

Steve held various positions over the following years with Logical Freight Solutions from NSW State Manager, Business Development Manager, Managing Director and CEO prior to the LFS acquisition by MNX Global Logistics. Steve has been involved in the implementation and continued operation of most of our existing customer base as well as instrumental in the global expansion of the Logical Freight Solutions Group.

His current role as Regional Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ASPAC allows him to focus on the role that drives him, developing our brand throughout the ASPAC region, finding the best solutions for our expanding customer base and offering businesses the opportunity to maximize their own logistics efficiencies.

Geoff Amy
Region Vice President Operations ASPAC

Geoff began his career in the logistics industry in 1987 and has worked at various multinational businesses before starting his own brokerage house in 1998. This brokerage business introduced him to Logical Freight Solutions as they contracted him for all Australian brokerage services.

In 2003 Geoff became a director and shareholder in Logical Freight Solutions working closely with Paul Hickey and Steve Cheetham on the direction of LFS. In December 2009 the brokerage business, known as Generation Worldwide Logistics was merged with Logical Freight Solutions, becoming part of the LFS Group of companies that also encompassed the international LFS entities. Generation Worldwide Logistics still trades as such to this day as the brokerage and general freight company within the new MNX Holdings.

Geoff obtained his Customs brokers license in 1991 and was the Chief Operating Officer of the Logical Freight Solutions Group prior to its acquisition by MNX.

Geoff's new role within MNX as the Regional VP of Operations ASPAC allows him to remain dedicated to delivering a service that exceeds all our valued customer’s expectations.
